Do Promotional Products "Work?"

Linda, the marketing director for Quality Care Nursing Home, sits by her desk, wondering what to do for her next marketing campaign. She deliberates between handing out brochures depicting the virtues of the nursing home or giving out imprinted items with the facility's logo on it at the upcoming Senior Fair. "Let's think," she muses, "how many people are going to remember us through the brochure? They may just file it away, and 'out of sight is out of mind.' Promotional products, on the other hand, will stick around for years, so no matter how many personnel they go through, our name will be around for a while.
